How to use
Remove your existing insole and compare its length with the size chart. If you are a half size, choose the next size range up and trim as required. Replace the removable insoles in suitable footwear and introduce wear gradually over the first couple of weeks.

The supplier describes these as suitable for neutral runners or mild pronation, rather than supination. They are not intended for extremely high or rigid arches. Footwear needs removable insoles and sufficient space.
