1. About Form & Grow

Form & Grow is operated by Adrian Nickisson, sole trader, at 18 Samuel Street, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST7 4SR, United Kingdom. Contact: anickisson@drive-tidy.com.

2. Shopping with us

These terms apply to purchases made through our online store. Please read the product information and our delivery, refund and privacy policies before ordering. You can save or print these terms for your records. The store and checkout are provided in English.

3. Products and availability

Check the product description, selected size, colour, contents, ingredients and directions carefully before placing an order. Photographs may look different on different screens. Availability can change. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund for any item we cannot supply. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

4. Prices and ordering

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The checkout shows the total payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes. Add your chosen items and options to the basket, enter your delivery details, review the order and payment method, and correct any errors before selecting the payment button. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your submitted order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Free standard UK delivery is available on eligible products. Any delivery charges for other products are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, at checkout. We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, although delays may occasionally occur.

Form & Grow remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at anickisson@drive-tidy.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Please read our refund policy for your cancellation and return rights and how to exercise them. UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us they wish to cancel an online purchase, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact us before returning goods so we can provide the correct instructions. We remain responsible for resolving problems with your purchase even where a supplier dispatches the goods. Nothing in these terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.

Follow the product instructions and warnings and check suitability before use. Product descriptions do not replace personalised medical advice. Contact us before ordering if important product information is missing.

10. Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; the terms supplied with your order apply to that purchase.
